DELIVERY & RETURNS.

DELIVERY ACROSS MOROCCO.

We deliver across Morocco, covering all cities nationwide, for a flat 40 DHS per order. The fee is added once to your product subtotal, regardless of the number of pieces.

Delivery times depend on your city. We will confirm timing when we contact you about your order.

OUTSIDE MOROCCO.

Shipping quote required. Select Outside Morocco in your bag and enter your country, city, street address and phone number. International delivery availability and charges must be confirmed; the Morocco delivery fee does not apply. Your product subtotal is shown separately, and the final total remains unconfirmed until a shipping quote is available.

International orders cannot be placed through the website. Entering an overseas address does not request a quote or place an order. Contact us on Instagram or WhatsApp to discuss delivery availability and receive a shipping quote.

PAYMENT ON DELIVERY.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is our current payment method. Online card payments are not currently available.

WE ACCEPT RETURNS.

We accept returns. The full return and exchange policy will be available before our official launch, so you can review it before placing an order.

That policy will explain the return period, item conditions, return address, any return delivery costs, and how refunds and exchanges are handled. These details are not yet confirmed; we are not promising free returns or a specific refund timeframe.

When orders open, contact us on Instagram or WhatsApp for return instructions. For a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, describe the issue so we can help. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable Moroccan consumer law.
