This notice explains how DRAVELL uses information when you browse, save pieces, place an order or contact the brand. The storefront does not create customer accounts or collect card-payment details.

YOUR BAG & SAVED PIECES.

We remember your bag and saved pieces so you can continue exploring when you return. Saving a piece or adding it to your bag does not place an order or reserve stock.

You can remove pieces from your bag or unsave them at any time using the controls beside each piece.

CHECKOUT DETAILS.

When you place a Morocco Cash on Delivery order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, city, delivery address and selected products, colours, sizes and quantities. These details are kept in our database and used to confirm, fulfil and support your order, as well as to meet applicable legal and accounting duties.

Reviewing checkout fields alone does not send them. They are sent only when you choose “Place Cash on Delivery order”. We do not ask for payment-card details.

WHEN YOU CONTACT US.

When you submit our contact form, we store your name, email address, subject, optional order reference and message in our private support inbox. Authorized DRAVELL administrators use these details to respond, provide support or discuss a collaboration. We also record your privacy acknowledgment and use limited anti-spam records to protect the form. Submitting a message does not subscribe you to marketing.

If you message us on Instagram or WhatsApp, we receive the profile or phone details and message content you choose to share. We use these to respond to your enquiry, provide support or discuss a collaboration. Please avoid sending payment-card details, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

Instagram, WhatsApp and other websites linked here are separate services with their own privacy policies. Opening one of those links takes you outside this website.

You can contact DRAVELL using the links below to ask about personal information you have shared with us, request access or correction, or object to processing where applicable. You can also ask us to delete information that is no longer needed, subject to applicable legal requirements.
