THE TERMS.

EXPLORING THE COLLECTION.

This website presents DRAVELL’s first streetwear collection. Saving a piece or adding it to your bag does not place an order or reserve stock. A Cash on Delivery order is submitted only after you complete checkout and select “Place Cash on Delivery order”.

PRODUCT INFORMATION & PRICING.

Photographs show the indicated product and colour. Where a different colour is selected but not yet photographed, the product page identifies the colour shown. Screen settings may affect how colours appear.

Prices are displayed in Moroccan dirhams (DHS, currency code MAD). Product prices exclude delivery; the bag shows the delivery fee separately. “Price to follow” means a product price has not been confirmed and that piece cannot be added to the bag. Availability, measurements and specifications will be confirmed before orders open. Browsing prices does not place an order.

ORDERS, PAYMENT & DELIVERY.

Delivery costs 40 DHS per order to all cities across Morocco. Outside Morocco, shipping requires a quote and delivery availability must be confirmed; international checkout is not available online. Cash on Delivery (COD) is our payment method in Morocco. Online card payments are not currently available.

When you place an order, you will see an order number on screen. We will use your checkout details to contact you and arrange delivery. Prices and delivery fees are shown before you place the order.

RETURNS & YOUR RIGHTS.

We accept returns. Full return and exchange conditions will be published before launch. Read our Delivery & returns page for the current information.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights you have under applicable Moroccan law, including consumer protection rights.

RESPECTING THE WEBSITE.

Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its security or other visitors’ access. DRAVELL branding, designs and imagery are provided for exploring the collection; browsing does not grant permission to reproduce them commercially.

CHANGES & QUESTIONS.

We may update these terms as the collection launches and new services are introduced. The date above identifies this version. Contact us below if you have a question before purchasing.
